Every now and again you get to work with a client that wants to push the boundaries a bit. Park Place Dealerships operates 17 high-end, new and used luxury car dealerships across the Dallas Metroplex, including Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Jaguar, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati, and McLaren, just to name a few. When you're buying a vehicle whose sticker price can sometimes stretch to six figures, you expect only the best when it comes to both quality and service.
We set out to enhance the relationship between Park Place Dealerships and their clients (customers). Key in-person experiences (like viewing, scheduling, and paying for maintenance services) and previously offline-only features (like Preferred Rewards - Park Place's loyalty program) needed to be considered and weaved into the app.
RevUnit developed a first-class mobile app that gives Park Place clients on-the-go access to the dealerships' award-winning customer service. The mobile app is powered by a robust backend technology platform that pulls information from multiple third-party partners, a CRM database, and an app-specific database. All of which results in a seamless, highly customizable, personalized mobile app experience.
Because of constant app improvements, Q1 of 2015 saw huge increases across the board proving we're on to something with our mantra, "Build Small. Learn Fast. Iterate Often."
