Everything starts with the people that choose to be a part of our company story. Our purpose is to change how the world works for the better, and that extends beyond just the work we do for our clients into our own employee experience.
Scott is a Developer and graphic designer who is proficient in Vue.js (among many other languages) and taco-eating. He’s passionate about diversity and accessibility, and he believes the web is a place for everyone. He was recently highlighted as the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada’s ‘Bike Share Member of the Month,’ using the bikes to explore beautiful Downtown Las Vegas.
As our Sr. People Operations Partner, Kimberly is in charge of keeping our teams running smoothly. She works hard to make the employee experience at RevUnit as unique as our culture — from onboarding to professional development programs. If you can catch her, she’s usually got a cold brew in hand, a dog in her zoom background, and is thinking about what we could do next.
A Senior Product Owner and meme extraordinaire, Chaz brings his breadth of Product knowledge and experience identifying, validating, and executing innovative work across multiple teams — all while putting smiles on everybody’s faces. Ask him about photo-editing on-the-go (he’s really good at it).
We believe that flexibility will dictate the future of work culture. The best employers will need to meet people where they are at, creating policies and operations that support a diversity of lifestyles.
We’ll continue placing emphasis on flexibility ourselves — by investing in the right people for a role regardless of where they are located, adapting our policies like parental leave and health coverage, allowing employees to work from wherever is best for them, and investing in the latest tools and technology that allows our teams to be effective.
We live into our values in everything we do, whether working alongside client teams or continuing to build our own business.
We strive to choose the option that is in the best interests of our clients and our people. It might not be easy, but it’s always worth it.
We always have a bias towards action. We realize that failure is always a possibility, but find comfort in knowing that some of the most impactful learnings happen during times of uncertainty.
Celebrating is a core part of what pulls us together to grow as individuals and to do our best work as a team. #CTW Slack Parties are a regular occurrence for us.
It's simple — we support teammates and partners whenever there's a need. We can't predict when life will throw us a curveball, but when it does, we take care of each other.
We encourage regular feedback and always try to take what we've learned to improve. We’re all human, and we all make mistakes, but it’s important to keep striving for better.
