RevUnit Honored as a “Best Place to Work in Arkansas” for Fourth Consecutive Year
RevUnit, a premier digital strategy and product studio helping enterprises work better, has been named by Arkansas Business as a “Best Place to Work in Arkansas” for the fourth consecutive year.
The Best Places to Work in Arkansas program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the state. The process includes an anonymous survey of employees to determine their honest feedback on all aspects of the employee experience. The process also considers benefits and other initiatives that impact the employee experience.
“Culture has remained a cornerstone of RevUnit since day one, both here in Arkansas and across the country where we have additional offices and remote workers. It’s validating to see our efforts to promote the best possible culture continue to pay off,” said Tabitha McFadden, Vice President of People Operations at RevUnit.
“Participating in the Best Places to Work survey is just one way we gather feedback from team members on how they’re feeling, and where there might be opportunities to make our people even happier,” Tabitha added. “In keeping with our value of being a little better all the time, we’ll use these survey results to guide our ongoing efforts to find new ways to amplify RevUnit’s award-winning culture.”
RevUnit’s employee experience is carefully designed to ensure a positive environment for workers. Team members enjoy flexible work locations and hours, fully-paid health insurance, free drinks and snacks in the offices, weekly office lunches, biannual all-hands meetings to connect and bond with colleagues, as well as individual company-sponsored trips and learning experiences open to the entire organization.
“RevUnit was founded on the belief that you can build great technology and have fun doing it, and I’m proud that we haven’t lost sight of that as we’ve grown,” said RevUnit President Josh Stanley. “Our mission to help enterprises Work Better starts with ensuring our own teams are happy and feel empowered to unlock their true potential at work.”
